Bio
Camille Levert is a self-taught photographer and collage artist. She lives in France and exhibits in Europe and Hong Kong.
In January 2009, she quitted the marketing world and settled as a full-time artist photographer, and started to work on her first collage pieces as well.
Camille lived 5 years in Beijing and 7 years in Hong Kong which leaves her deeply inspired by this region.
Camille uses the three-dimensional photocollage technic to explore photography limits and loves to play with layers to invent new stories.
Her body of work is partly dedicated to the vanishing aesthetics of past urban treasures, such as the Hong Kong neon signs. Her work also revolves around nature, trees and flora.
